At Fiamma, every order is prepared with care and intention — just like our sauces. We aim to make sure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as the flavor inside each bottle.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-demand periods (like product launches or holidays), processing times may extend slightly. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We hand-pack each order in protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure your bottles arrive safely and in style.

Shipping Rates & Options

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Delivery Timeline

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery carriers may experience occasional delays due to weather or regional conditions.

International Shipping

We’re working on expanding Fiamma’s flame internationally. At this time, we only offer U.S. domestic shipping, but international customers can join our mailing list to be notified when we launch abroad.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status of your delivery anytime using the carrier’s tracking page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t make it to your doorstep, we’ll make it right.
Please contact info@somelikeitco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. Our team will replace or refund your order promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we’re unable to accept returns of opened bottles. However, if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us — we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
